Ott von Lembruch, Meister zu Mailberg, und der dortige Konvent tauschen mit Niclas dem Pottenbrunner ihr Gut zu Pottenbrunn "pey dem Widempach ze nachst dem steg" gegen ein Lehen "dacz der Hub" in der Pfarre St. Pölten.
