Die Geschwister Fabian, Jacob und Kathrey die Wainbayser verkaufen auch im Namen ihres minderjährigen Bruders Hans mit Zustimmung ihres Grundherrn Hans von Ebersdorf ihr Haus in Mödling am Kornmarkt neben dem Haus Stephan Herlharts um 50 lb d Hertlein dem Heslein "aus der Priel" (Brühl, Hinter-/Vorder-) und seiner Frau Agnes.
