Margret, Witwe des Welser Bürgers Heinrich Huebmer, übergibt das Land zwischen dem Spitalseck und dem Land des Henslein Amicz, das sie als Satz von Symon in der Smidsgasse hat, Wernhart dem Pabinger, Bürger zu Wels.
