Heinrich von Neitperg bestimmt bestiimt seine Frau Walpurga, Tochter Albrechts von Rauhenstein, und seinen "aydam" Ulrich von Wallsee zu Gerhaben und Vermögensverwaltern seiner Kinder für den Fall seines Todes.
