Richter und Rat der Stadt St. Veit verkaufen ihrem Mitbürger Valentin Seenuß einen freieigenen Grund und eine Hofstätte zwischen der 14-Nothelferkirche bei der Ringmauer und dem Haus des Stefan Sattler, auf welchem Grund ihre Vorfahren ein neues Spital hinzubauen die Absicht hatten, um 40 Pfund Pfennig zu einem Bauplatz für ein Haus.
