Vom kaiserlichen Notar Johann Prebil von Lakg unterfertigter Akt, dass in seiner Gegenwart Andreas Pfangauer (Phangawer), Bamberger Kanoniker, im Namen des Abtes Thomas von Arnoldstein vom Pfarrer Leonhard Angermann von Hermagor eine Kopie der Appellation gegen die Exkommunikation verlangt hat, was dieser - außer mit Zustimmung der Pfarrleute - verweigert habe.
