Abstract
11. Mai 1261, Viterbo
Papst Alexander IV. beauftragt den Abt von Ossiach die Klage des Abtes und Conventes von St. Paul, ,quod Bernhardus plebanus ecclesie in Adriah,1 nobilis vir Henricus de Phanenberc fratres et quidam alii super redditibus, possesionibus et rebus aliis iniuriantur eisdem‘, zu untersuchen und ohne Appellation zu entscheiden. Doch darf er ohne päpstlichen Specialbefehl den Besitz des Grafen nicht excommuniciren oder mit dem Interdicte belegen. – $$Datirung wie oben.
