Papst Alexander IV. beauftragt den Abt von Ossiach, die Klage des Abtes und Conventes von St. Paul, ,quod . . decanus et Capitulum ecclesie de Solio1 ecclesiam s. Philippi iuxta Gurkam2 ad idem monasterium pleno iure spectantem contra iusticiam detinent occupatam in eorundem Abbatis et Conuentus preiudicium et grauamen‘, zu untersuchen und zu entscheiden.
