Bischof Georg von Passau und dessen Domkapitel verkaufen ihre Herrschaft und Feste zu Mattsee und alles Zugehör von Leuten und Gütern, nur die Lehenschaft der Propstei-Kirche daselbst und alle Diözesan-Rechte ausgenommen, dem Eb Gregor und seinen Nachfolgern um 15000 fl. Wiener Pfennig.
