Lucius III archiepiscopis, episcopis, abbatibus et universis ecclesiarum praelatis: mandat, ut prohibere curent, ne quis in illos, qui ad domos fratrum hospitalis Ierosolimitani pro salute sua confugiunt, vel in res eorum infra ambitum domorum manus iniciat violentas, transgressores autem vinculo anathematis astringendi sint usque ad dignam satisfactionem.
