Dilectis et semper sincerissime diligendis dominis et amicis E. venerabili preposito ecclesie sancti Yppoliti totique conventui ibidem H. dictus Sevelder humilis civis in Stain se totum ad quelibet bene placita et mandata. Super beneficio quo me vestre pietatis oculis respexistis michi XLV denarios, quos vobis pro iure montis servire teneor, annuatim relaxando tam favorabiliter ad tempora vite mee, vestre universitati assurgo ad gratiarum uberrimas acciones firmiter promittendo testimonio presencium literarum, quod non solum iidem XLV denarii vobis et vestre ecclesie post meum obitum persolventur, sed eciam talem decrevi cum desiderio honorem vobis impendere, quem pro mei memoria honorifice poteritis acceptare.
