    Notum sit omnibus ad quos pervenerit presens scriptum, quod nos Hainricus dei gratia prepositus ecclesie sancti Ypoliti de communi fratrum nostrorum consensu ius quod in Castro Ulreichschirichen nobis competebat domino Hermanno de Wolfkerstorf iure civili quod puerchrecht dicitur contulimus, tali pacto ut idem Hermannus de area in qua prefatum castrum situm est in festo beati Martini XVIII denarios ecclesie nostre serviat annuatim. Quem censum si solvere neglexerit infra XIIII dies a termino iam premisso, dabit unam libram ad anni spatium pro emenda. Cuius pene solucio si per spatium quatuor annorum fuerit pretermissa, dominus Hermannus cadet a iure suo quod sibi auctoritate nostra competere videbatur. In cuius rei testimonium presentem literam sibi damus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratam. Datum in Pilheldorf, anno domini millesimo ducentesimo quinquagesimo sexto, IIII. idus marcii.
