H. dei gratia dux Boarie omnibus Christi fidelibus imperpetuum. Iustis petitionibus assensum prebere et ecclesiarum paci studere nostram decet discretionem, id enim nobis et ad presentem vitam et ad illam quam expectamus in celis remunerationem pro futurum credimus. Quapropter sciendum et memorie tam presentium quam futurorum diligenter commendandum, qualiter nos pro petitione et dilectione karissimi domini et fratris nostri C.a Pataviensis ecclesie episcopi Adelbertum cognatum nostrum ab advocatie administratione ecclesie Sancti Ypoliti removimus eamque in manum iam dicti domini et fratris nostri, debite dilectionis ac fidelitatis quam erga ipsum habuimus intuitu, predictae ecclesiae Pataviensi cum omni libertate resignavimus. Videbatur enim ultra quam iustum esset, eandem ecclesiam supradictus cognatus noster Adelbertus gravare et episcopum sub nomine advocatie turbare. Itaque in futurum omnem questionem auferentes et omnimodis tranquillitati dilecti fratris nostri intendentes eidem Adelberto fideli et cognate nostro beneficium iam sepedicte advocatie de aliis nostris redditibus copiose reconpensavimus et de cetero omnem repetitionem interclusimus. In futuris autem temporibus hec inconvulsa ut permaneant, sit testes cum omnibus, qui aderant presens pagina sigillo nostro bullata. Facta sunt hec in conventu celebri in loco Anesi presentibus multis utriusque nostrum fidelibus et religiosis viris ad hec fideliter collaborantibus.
