      Nos Iohannes dei gracia abbas totusque conventus in Ro- merstorph notum facimus universis presentibus et futuris, fide- liter protestantes quod cum inter nos ex una etChristinam Begg mann de Gulsche neptem videlicet quondam Henrici dicti Reczh ex parte altera discordia verteretur super censu decem denario- rum, in quo censu nobis ius competere videbatur, tandem de amicorum nostrorum consilio talis compositio amicabiliter inter- venit quod nos precise renunciamos super censu predicto nec contra prefatam Christinam ratione dicti census movebimus de-' cetero aliquam questionem; renunciamus insuper omni actioni et querele et omni iuri et iuris auxilio canonici et civilis quod nobis contra premissa possit in posterum in aliquo suffragari. In cuius rei testimonium sigilla nostra presentibus sunt appensa. Datum anno domini m.cc.lxxx. septimo, in crastino ascensionis domini Ihesu Christi.
