1. Juli 1537, Prag
Joannes [Morone], Bischof von Modena (Mutinensis), nuncius et orator cum potestati legati de latere, erhebt kraft päpstlicher Autorität die Kapelle zu Ehren des Märtyrers Maximilian in Persenbeug (oppidulum), da die Pfarre Gozdorff zu weit entfernt liegt und nur unter Gefahren erreichbar ist, zu einer Filialkirche und setzt dort einen Priester zur Ausübung der seelsorglichen Dienste ein.Datum Pragae, calendis Julii, pontificatus sanctissimi domini nostri Pauli, divina providentia pape tertii anno tertio.
