Yniuersis presentes literas inspecluris nos frater Ditherus Dei gratia sánele Treueren- sis ecclesie arebiepiscopus notum esse volumus tenore pre- sentium publice recognoscendo quod inter nos ex vna parte et opidum nostrum ConÜuentinum ex altera super contro versia guerra ac aliis nostris discordiis concordia et arui- cabilis compositio intercessit, ita videlicet quod nos pro- miltemus deinceps dictum opidum nostrum et opidanos ejusdem gaudere et frui libere suis juribus in dicto opido et ejus dislriclu secundum quod sub predecessoribus nostris archiepiscopis Treuerensibus sunt hactenus vsi retroactis temporibus et gauisi.
