Nr. CCCXIII. — 1193. — Heinrich VI. bestatigt einen Vergleich zwischen dem
Bischof B. v. Paderborn und Her mann von Waldeck, wodurch letzterer der Advokatie des
Bisthums u. s. w. entsagt. Dabei wird bemerkt: elegit etiam idem H., quod si hanc
transactionem vel aliquod eius capitulum inficiari vellet, non crederetur iuramento, quo
negativam probare vellet, sed convinceretur per clericos et ministeriales eque sicut per
