Nr. CCLXXXXVI. — 1287. — Kein Vormund darf oder kann iiber die Giiter seines
Miindels in einer Weise disponiren, dass dadurch die Lage des Miindels verschlech- tert
oder ihm irgend ein Nachtheil zugefiigt werde, maxime cum tutores pupillorum suorum
meliorem possint facere con— ditionem, deteriorem vero nunquam. Daran kntipft sich dann
der weitere Rechtsprucb, dass auch dem Grafen Flo— ris von Holland die von seinem Oheim
und Tutor einge— gangenen Vertrage, wonach derselbe seine Lehen von einem andern als dem
Reiche tragen solle, nicht zum Nachtheil gereichen diirften. Source Regest:
