In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Henricus ordinatione
diuina sancte Coloniensis ecclesie archiepiscopus tam futuris quam presentibus
uniuersis in Christo renatis, Sicut mirabilis deus olim se in sanctis suis ostendit
mirabilem, ita nostris temporibus antiqua ta- liter signa innouat et immutat ad tumbam
domini Engilberti uenera- bilis predecessoris nostri, ut certissime credi debeat,
ipsum, qui pro iustitia passus est, cum martyribus iam gloria et honore coronatum
lucem inhabitare inaccessibilem cum uera luce, que illuminat omnem hominem in hunc
mundum uenientem, ut itaque tumba luminis, quod altissimus posuit iam super
candelabrum, uideri possit in lumine, placuit nobis super ipsam tumbam lampadem
iugiter ardere. Capituli igitur nostri maioris, priorum, nobilium ac ministerialium
beati Petri consilio et consensu contulimus de denariis monete nostre, qui uulgo
