    Ego Winemarns mareschalcus domini W. comitis Juliacensis mi- 3272 les, nniversis presentes Htteras visuris et audituris, notum facio, quod a civibus Coloniensibus novem marcas denariorum Coloniensium re- cepi, quas ex parte avunculi mei mareschalci dicti de Kelse ab eis- dem civibus Coloniensibus requisivi, de quibus novem marcis prefatos cives Colonienses pro me et universis heredibus dicti mareschalci avunculi mei liberos et quitos clamo per presentes, tali conditione, si in posterum aliquis heredum dicti mareschalci venerit prefatas novem marcas requirens, et ex eo dicti cives Colonienses aliquod dampnum sustinerent, ab huiusmodi dampno ego prenominatos cives et civitatem Coloniensem relevabo et relevare promitto per presentes, vel saltem ipsis civibus prefatas novem marcas refundam.
