    Notum sit cunctis christi fidelibus, quod ego Gerhohus dei gracia prepositus Richersperigensis ecclesie et fratres mei Ranshouensi ecclesie dedimus quoddam predium pro viij. talentis situm iuxta ecclesiam sancti Stephani in loco, qui dicitur vorbach, Ea cautione interposita, ut, si quis eos infestauerit seu suum esse contenderit, et ipsi se tueantur iure possessionis et nos tueamur eos iure donationis. Quod si aduersarius iure inaiori, quod non credimus, preualebit, uel predium eque pretiosum illis donemus uel Octo talenta.
