Privilegien der Herzöge von Ferrara für die Bruderschaft der Geissler von Ferrara (Grundbestand fol. 1–7 mit späteren Ergänzungen), welche jene von Herzog Ercoles von 1489 (fol. 1–3) sowie von Herzog Alfonso von 1505 (fol. 4–7) enthalten.

    • Materielle Beschreibung: 
      Deckfarbeninitiale auf fol. 1 H(ercules Dux Ferrarie) mit Blattgold, jene auf fol. A(lfonus) Dux Ferrarie.
    • A p. 1 iniziale "(H)ercules Dux Ferrarie" ornata a motivi intrecciati rossi e bianchi riempiti da inserti in lamina d'oro, entro riquadro profilato in lamina d'oro su campo verde puntinato da gruppi di tre pallini gialli; dal riquadro, tripartiti sul margine interno, racemi in filigrana con fogliette e punti in lamina d'oro; della stessa mano e foggia l'iniziale ornata a p. 4 "(A)lfonsvs Dux Ferrarie" con intrecci rosa e campo blu (nach NBM).
    • Stil und Einordnung: 
      Die humanistische Schrift von fol. 1–7 ist identisch. In diesem Bereich werden ein Privileg Ercole I. von 1489 (fol. 1–3) und eines von Alfonso I. von 1505 (fol. 4–7) überliefert.
