      • Materielle Beschreibung: 
        Ph stark vergrössert, das Kürzel am Schaft des „h“ zu einem Kreuz vervollständigt. Ebenfalls in der ersten Zeile N(otum) als vergrösserte Lombarde. Im Text A(ctum) hervorgehoben. Auf der Plica markieren zwei Scheiben den Ort der Siegelanbringung.
      • Stil und Einordnung: 
        Eine Urkunde des Philippe le Bel: Dieser Schreiber hat im selben Monat eine Urkunde auf die gleiche Weise gestaltet und er ist auch für die vom April 1307 verantwortlich.
