Donazione (Schenkung).
„Datiano, f. Maraldi“, di Canne, alla presenza di due turmarchi e di un giudice, fa ampia e completa donazione di ogni suo possedimento in favore di „Maraldus“ nato da sua figlia „Romata“, a condizione che, morendo questi senza figli legittimi, i suddetti beni passino alla sua parentela, avente diritto come per legge (nach CDB 8).

    • Materielle Beschreibung: 
      Am Ende des Textes ein Notariatssignet in der Form einer gezeichneten „Zeilenschlussleiste“ mit einem Flechtknopf und Zeigehand mit Armansatz.
    • Stil und Einordnung: 
      Das figürliche Zeichen weist dieselbe Tintenfarbe wie Schrift auf und kann daher wohl dem Notar Gregorius diaconus zugeordnet werden (vgl. weitere Urkunden desselben Notars mit demselben Zeichen).
