Sigmund von Brandis zu Leonburg, Amtm. von Kg. Ferdinand I. zu Bozen, der an Sigmund Han (WDK 63; TW 2449) Gülte verkauft und wieder zurückgekauft hat, beurkundet, dass der Losbrief abhanden gekommen ist. Sollte er wieder aufgefunden werden, wird er durch die gegenwärtige Urkunde gegenstandslos.
