Peter Arzt, Bü. zu Brixen, und seine Gem. Katharina verkaufen an DPropst Jakob Lotter (SDK 174) um 12,5 Mk ihr Haus in der Huntgasse zu Brixen auf der Stallung des Kaspar von Gufidaun, die vom Verkauf ausgenommen ist. Das Haus grenzt an das des Georg Freiwald und des Kolbeck.
