Peter Praust von Prösels wird von seiner Herrin Katharina von Trostberg mit Einv. von deren Gem. Friedrich von Wolkenstein dem Dom zu St. Ingenuin und Albuin zu Brixen aufgegeben. Die Kinder jedoch, die Peter von seinen beiden verstorbenen Gem., Agnes und Elisabeth, hat, bleiben weiterhin Eigen der Katharina von Trostberg.
