Berta, Tochter des Gf. Berthold von Marsteten, verzichtet zugunsten ihres Gem., Berthold von Neifen, auf das neue Schloss St. Peter im Oberinntal. Berthold schenkt das gen. Schloss zusammen mit dem alten Schloss Auenstein der Brixner Kirche.
