Konrad Göbel von Brünn, Hptm. zu Belluno und Feltre, Gefolgsmann von Ks. Karl IV., setzt Konrad Stuck, Bü. zu Bruneck, für seinen Teil als Schlosshauptmann bzw. Burggf. zu Andraz ein. Falls er den Ofen und die Schmiede bauen will, kann er sie in Nutz haben wie auch den Wald, der zur Burg gehört.
