Michael Hasler zu Latzfons, der von Gregor Riser, Planitzer zu Latzfons, um 800 fl das Gütl Untersteiner erworben hat, tritt diesen Kauf an die Schwester des Gregor Riser, Maria Riser, ab, die Gem. des Sebastian Leitner, Bergwerksbedienstetem am Pfundererberg. Gregor Riser hat das Gut 1700.04.03 von Bartholomäus Cantioler, Steiner zu Latzfons, erworben.
