Fb. Johann Thomas von Spaur verleiht an Christoph Ott Moritz von Völs-Colonna, Herrn zu Schenkenberg, Erbkämmerer des Stifts Brixen, nach dem Tod des Karl von Völs-Colonna, auch als Lehenträger der Kinder des verst. Vetters Christoph Moritz (Christoph Leonhard, Michael, Ägid Oswald, Anna Johanna), der Muhme Regina, der Töchter des verst. Johann Jakob von Völs und der Kinder des Kaspar von Völs (Leonhard, Friedrich, Sidonia), das Schloss Völseck mit allen Besitzungen im Gt. Tiers.
