Erzh. Ferdinand II. verspricht den drei Söhnen des verst. Christoph Moritz von Völs (Michael, Christoph Leonhard, Ägid Oswald), ihnen auf Lebenszeit Pflege und Burghut von Sigmundskron und den Fischnutz auf der Etsch, wie dies alles ihr Vater innehatte, um den darauf liegenden unabgelösten Pfandschilling zu überlassen. Sie sollen sich gemäß der Verschreibung von 1538.11.15 verhalten.
