Abstract

Fb. Johann Thomas von Spaur verleiht an Baptista de Daniel aus Fassa als Lehenträger von Magdalena (Tochter des verst. Christian de Daniel), Margarethe, Christina und Juliana (Töchter des verst. Hieronymus de Daniel), der Ursula (Muhme des Hieronymus), der Margarethe (Enkelin des Hieronymus) sowie der Brüder Christoph Sylvester und Sebastian Baptista de Daniel folgende Lehen, die dem Stift nach dem Tod des Jägers Christian de Daniel heimgefallen sind: die Äcker Soraris und Portolina, das Haus Sumvigo.
