Johann Baptist von Colz erhält von Fb. Johann Thomas von Spaur aus der fb. Hofkanzlei den Adelstitel, nachdem er vom verst. Ks. Maximilian II. die Adelsfreiheit bekommen hat, und wird von ihm in das HGt. Brixen aufgenommen. Er gelobt, dem Stift Brixen wie bisher verpflichtet zu bleiben.
