Johannes de Bove, Notar von Feltre, Bevollmächtigter des Podestá Nikolaus von Imola und der Gemeinde von Feltre, verspricht dem Kg. Heinrich von Böhmen und dem Notar David von Meran als Bevollmächtigten des Fb. Johann von Schlackenwert und seiner Kirche eine Sicherstellung von 3000 lb für die Freilassung der vom Fb. gefangengehaltenen Francischinus und Tantinus von Summaripa und ihres Gefolges zu gewährleisten.
