Adam von Arz (WDK 11), der an Christian Kirchmair von Ragen etliche Lehen verkaufen wollte, aber von den Räten zu Brixen wegen einer vermeintlichen Fälligkeit nicht die Einv. erhielt, veranlasst nun die Räte zum Nachgeben, indem er verspricht, die Lehen im Fall einer tatsächlichen Fälligkeit in barem Geld zu ersetzen.
