Georg Lazarus von Köstlan, HGt. Brixen, verkauft an Augustin Schabl, StPropst und Prälat zu Neustift (TW 3230), um 97 fl Gülten aus dem Weingarten Egart zu Pedratz (Gt. Feldthurns), die jetzt Leonhard Ritsch, Ragenger zu Schnauders, innehat, aus Haus, Hof und Garten zu Tschiffnon aus den Gütern des Leonhard Nägele gen. Walser und aus Haus, Hof, Kraut-, Baum- und Weingarten des Johann Rittner zu Tschiffnon. All dies hat er 1573.02.02 von Sebastian Teutenhauser gekauft.
