Balthasar Untergasser zu Sarns (HGt. Brixen) und des Thomas an der Gassen zu Albeins (StGt. Brixen) als Vorm. der Kinder des Nikolaus Günther aus der Ehe mit Eva Pichler zu Neustift (Balthasar, Margarethe) verkaufen an Bartholomäus Günther zu Sarns um 800 fl den Hof Rainer (Mader, St. Andräer-Berg, Nr. 724) zu Sarns (HGt. Brixen), und zwar mit Einv. des Georg Ruml von Lichtenau, fb. Rat, Hptm. zu Fassa, und seiner Gem. Susanna von Rubatsch als Inhabern des Küchenmeierhofes zu Sarns.
