Jakob, Sohn des Nikolaus Ritsch zu St. Peter hinter Lajen, der 1545.01.21 von seinem Vater um 100 Mk Berner dieses Anwesen (Tarneller, Nr. 1904), nämlich Haus, Säge, Mühle und Stampf, gekauft hat (Siegel: Friedrich Heyrling, Pfl. zu Gufidaun, Christoph Winkelhofer, fb. HAmtm.), gewährt ihm das Rückkaufsrecht. Gewisse Rechte sind beim Vater verblieben.
