Anton von Brandis, Verw. des Stifts Brixen, schlichtet Streit zw. Polykarp Schneck, Bü. zu Brixen, als Kläger und Joachim Seidl zu Vahrn wegen eines Zaunes zw. dem Garten der verst. Wirsingin und dem des Polykarp. Dies geschieht in Anwesenheit von Mathias Horn (SDK 129) und Nikolaus Leopold (WDK 91) als Vertretern des DK, des DBft. Georg Mair ()KKK 310 als Vertreter des Stifts und des Kaspar Planer, Schaffer, als Vertreter des Klarissenklosters zu Brixen.
