Peter Unterkircher, Heinrich Brabst und Kaspar Seeber als Vorm. des Kaspar, Sohnes des verst. Johann Panider, überlassen dem Ruprecht Hofer aus Afers (Gt. Rodeneck) für fünf Jahre den Hof Panid in St. Leonhard. Dies geschieht mit Einv. des HGt.-Verw. Balthasar Jöchl. Es wird vereinbart, dass Ruprecht Hofer den Vater Leonhard Panider und das Kind des Johann Panider im Haus zu Panid halten und mit allem Notwendigen versorgen muss.
