Kilian Hos auf dem Hof zum Kerspaum in St. Georg/Tiers (Pfarre Völs) überlässt mit Einv. des Berthold von Lafay, Wolkensteinischem Ri. zu Kastelruth, als Prok. des Michael Praxmayr in Passeier als Grhr. des Hofes zum Kerschbaum dem Michael von Völs ein Stück Wiese auf Traun in Tiers und bekommt dafür eine Wiese auf Piag oberhalb des Wegs in Vilalt.
