Abstract
1489.06.27, Brixen
Hilprant Prenner, lf. Amtm. und Zln. zu Bozen, bekennt, dass jetzt durch Ks. Friedrich III. und Kg. Maximilian zw. Erzh. Sigmund und Fb. Melchior von Meckau ein Vertrag über Burg, Amt und Gt. Taufers geschlossen wurde, dass die gesamte Burg in Zukunft beim Haus Österreich bleiben soll, mit der Auflage, dass dem Fb. jährlich aus dem Zoll am Kuntersweg 3000 fl bis zur völligen Bezahlung der 28.000 fl gereicht werden.
