A vasvári káptalan jelenti, hogy eléje járult Kopach-i János fia: Pál és bejelentette, hogy leányát: Ilonát férjhez adta Zepthe-i Pálhoz, de mert a menyegzői ruhára nem volt pénze, azokat Zepthe-i Pál a sajátjából készíttette el. Ezért és apai szeretetből leányának; Ilonának és vejének: Pálnak, akit fiává is fogadott, adta a Vas megyei Kopach birtok egyharmadát örök tulajdonul. - Méltóságsor: Paulus prepositus, magister Venceslaus cantor, magister Mattheus custos, magister Joannes decanus. - Vízfoltos, nehezen olvasható. - Függőpecsét töredezetten. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
