in villa Dedus. secundo die diei cinerum. Lajos király a nádorhoz, országbíróhoz és helyetteseihez. Ámbár a Zala megyei Kapolch birtokot illetőleg és a birtok miatt támadt perben procuratorai illetéktelenül jártak el, de mert ebből a birtokból Zenthgal-i Saska ”dictus” Jánosnak örök adományt juttatott, azért azt rendeli, hogy a pert tegyék át Saska János nevére és hozzanak abban végleges döntést.
