A csanádi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Margit úrnő, Feyereghaz-i Benedeknek az özvegye, Symonkereke-i Pál fiának, a néhai Tamásnak a leánya, aki magára vállalva Erzsébet nevü leányának a terhét bejelentette, hogy a csanádmegyei Komlos birtokban lévő atyai birtokrészét 100 arany forintért eladta Hwnyad-i János besztercei örökös grófnak és utódjainak, amiről a káptalan patens formában állított ki a részére oklevelet. Datum per manus magistri Balthaser lectoris socii et concanonici nostri.
