Gömörmegye hatósága /Czobor-i Mihály comes és a szolgabírák/ bizonyítja, hogy megjelenvén előtte Ilona úrnő, Naprad-i Péter felesége bejelentette, hogy a Zenkyral birtokban lévő birtokrészét annak minden tartozékával egy arany forintért elzálogosította Zenkyral-i Perbes ”dictus” Miklósnak, akit a zálogidő alatt meg fog annak a birtokában mindenkivel szemben védeni.
