A kapornoki konvent bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Lengel-i Thorda ”dictus” Lukácsnak a fia: István és magára vállalva László és Miklós nevű testvérének a terhét, bejelentette, hogy Lengel nevű teljes birtokát annak minden jövedelmével, ”exceptis taxis Sthewr dictis” és kivéve a Lengel birtokban lévő saját curiájukat, 40 arany forintért elzálogosította Zenthandras-i Monthor dictus” György fiának: Miklósnak.
