A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Pakon-i Jakab fia: János fia: Swrge (másutt Swrde) és bejelentette, hogy a Poltharazthya birtokban lévő, őt illető birtokrész egyharmadát, amelyet azelőtt már 200 arany forintért elzálogosított Gwbachy Gergelynek, most újabb 50 forintért zálogosította el azt ugyanannak a Gergelynek. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
