Erzsébet királyné a Jazow-i konventhez. Jelentette előtte Rozgon-i János a saját és testvére: Lőrinc nevében, hogy az elmúlt napokban Olnod-i Zwdar Symon és Jakab teljesen kizárták őket az egykor Zwdar János tulajdonát képező borsodmegyei birtokokból: Olnod-, Scederken- és Wewesből és sok más faluból és birtokrészből, amelyek őket zálogjogon megillették. Azért meghagyja a konventnek, küldje ki testimoniumát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember tartson az ügyben vizsgálatot. - Kijelölt királyi emberek: Michael Posa de Checz, aut Ladislaus Baxay de Mera.
